By registering for this tournament, you are agreeing to the RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby release and hold harmless the Indiana Field Archery Association.
Custom Notes
- Our tournament is a two day event.
- Paid practice will be available Friday evening. Paid practice is also available on a limited basis Saturday during the event. A weekend unlimited practice pass is available for purchase with your registration for $21.00. In person is $20.00 or $10.00 on a daily basis.
- Team event on Saturday evening available for $26.00 online or $25.00 in person.
- Participants must return and complete the Sunday session with their peer group in order to be eligible for money or trophy awards.
- Money classes must have 5 participants. If there are fewer than 5 people, participants will be moved down to the trophy class and refunds will be issued for the difference in registration fees.
Program Description
This is an OPEN tournament. No membership or affiliation is required to participate. We offer 3 participation levels:
- Trophy - all NFAA classes are recognized. Select the appropriate age and style for your birthdate and equipment
- Champion/Money - these are AMATEUR MONEY classes. There is a freestyle division for adults & seniors with males and females competing in separate classes. Barebow Recurve and Bowhunter Freestyle are adult male only. Seniors and females may participate, but these are mixed age and gender classes. Payouts will be distributed in each class based on the NFAA payout table. A bonus of $250 will be paid to the winner of each of these classes with at least 3 participants. Choose "Champion (age group)" in the age division menu.
- Pro - These are OPEN divisions. Anyone may enter, but archers holding a pro card MUST register in these divisions. We are offering adult male & female and senior male pro divisions. These are money classes and payouts will be distributed in each class based on the NFAA payout table. A bonus payout will be awarded to the winner of each class as follows: $2,500 Adult Male, $1,500 each to Adult Female and Senior Male. Choose "Pro (age group)" in the age division menu.
Complete rules may be found here. It is each individual participant's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the rules of competition. Some safety meeting announcements will be made prior to shooting lines, be tournament officials may not read all rules clearly. The rules will be printed and available by request at the event.
Accomodation Description
We have secured a limited number of rooms at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Westfield. This hotel is less than 5 miles from the venue and rooms are being offered at a very competitive $159 per night. Book through the booking link by November 16 to lock in your rate!
Entry Fees Description
The online registration fees are a total of the entry fee plus 8% to cover the following:
- Rcherz registration fee
- Electronic scoring costs
- Stripe online payment fee
The amateur champion money and open pro class entry fee purse will be based off the advertised entry fee of $100 and $200 respectively. $50 of each registration is retained by the Indiana Field Archery Association to cover tournament expenses, and the remainder will go to the purse and be paid out to entrants according to the NFAA purse distribution table ($50 in the money class, and $150 in the pro class).
The payout bonuses are provided thanks to donations from our sponsors and from the Indiana Field Archery Association. Payout bonuses will be paid to winners of the following classes (with at least 5 registered participants):
- Open Pro Male Freestyle $2,500
- Open Pro Female Freestyle $1,500
- Open Pro Senior Male Freestyle $1,500
- Amateur Champion Freestyle Male $250
- Amateur Champion Freestyle Female $250
- Amateur Champion Freestyle Senior Male $250
