Registration via Rcherz is preferred- participants must have an Rcherz account in order to register (this is not a sanctioned event and a USA Archery membership is not required for this event). If you do not have an Rcherz account, please contact Jeff Artz for further guidance.
Any age/gender/bow discipline may combine to form a 2 person team. Please sign up your team together if possible in Rcherz by clicking on "Me" and "Others" and then searching for your teammate's Rcherz profile.
If you don't have a teammate, sign up as "Me" only and we'll assign a teammate for you.
Guest meals will only be available by pre-order on the merchandise screen.

Program Description
Join us on Sunday, April 23, 2023 for a Progressive Archery Supper Shoot. This will be an unsanctioned 25m OUTDOOR shoot with a "FITA-style" format.
12pm start time (please arrive early so we can start promptly at 12pm) This will be a 60 arrow shoot with 2 minute ends of 3 arrows each. There will be a 15-20 minute break at the half.
- 22 teams will compete for their meal.
- Top 8 teams will shoot elimination matches to determine who dines on an upgraded meal like steak kabobs or surf & turf with a shrimp cocktail.
- All other teams will enjoy a grilled chicken dinner.
- Appetizers will be served at the half (30 arrows) for archers only.
- Teams in elimination rounds will be served dinner as they are retired.
- Guests can PRE-ORDER a grilled chicken dinner for $20 per adult/children over age 10 or $12 for children under age 10.
- All meals include salad, potato, vegetable side, dessert and water/soda.
- If you have a dietary restriction, please contact Jeff Artz to determine a suitable meal option.
- Event is BYOB (AFTER SHOOTING) if you are 21 years of age and older. Iced coolers will be available (please drink responsibly).
Entry Fees Description
$45 per individual archer / $90 per two person team.
Guest meals by pre-order as an add-on to registration in the merchandise section:
- $20 for adults and children over age 10
- $12 for children ages 10 and under.
FINAL DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS SUNDAY, APRIL 16th. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE FOR CANCELLATIONS AS WE WILL NEED TO ORDER FOOD.
IF WE DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF ARCHERS REQUIRED TO HOLD THIS EVENT, FULL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
